Mariana Toledo-Hermina is an associate attorney with Christmann Legal whose practice is dedicated entirely to immigration law. Mariana came to immigration law after working extensively with immigrant communities in the context of health education and community organizing.
Mariana started her legal career as a juvenile defense attorney with the Bronx Legal Aid Office in New York. Prior to joining Christmann Legal, Mariana worked as an immigration attorney with Rawls, Scheer, Foster and Mingo, PLLC in Charlotte. She earned her Juris Doctor from City University of New York School of Law and her BA in Modern Languages from the University of Puerto Rico in Rio Piedras, PR.
Mariana is fluent in Spanish and is a member in good standing of the New York and North Carolina State Bars, the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Mecklenburg County Bar.
